Who can enter
People aged 18 or older, or the age of majority where they live if that is higher, who live in a place where the challenge is open. Employees of the organiser and the people they live with cannot win.

- No purchase necessary. Buying a plan or a gift does not improve anyone's result.
- Check that the law where you live allows you to take part. The challenge is void where prohibited or restricted.
- You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
- Prizes may be taxable. Winners are responsible for any tax due.
- Vilkax may verify eligibility and may withhold a prize for an ineligible entry or for fraud.
- This challenge is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube or any other platform.
- Taking part never requires liking, sharing, tagging or following anyone.
How to take part
Join at vilkax.com/testers with your email, install Vilkax on a supported device, and send each report from your tester page at vilkax.com/testers/welcome. Taking part is free and no purchase is needed.
How winners are chosen
Winners are chosen by skill, against published criteria. Our team reviews every report and awards points only for verified reports. The criteria are: the issue is real and can be reproduced, how much it matters to users, how clear the report is, and whether it was the first report of that issue. Testers are ranked by verified points.
Prizes
Grand prize, one winner: 300 EUR plus a lifetime Vilkax subscription.
The next 100 winners: a lifetime Vilkax subscription plus a tester badge.
A lifetime subscription is the Protect plan on the winner's account for as long as Vilkax offers it. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, except the 300 EUR of the grand prize.
How winners are told
We email winners at the address they joined with, within 30 days after the entry period ends. If a winner does not reply within 30 days, the prize may pass to the next tester in the ranking.
Prize delivery
Our team applies lifetime subscriptions to the winner's account. The 300 EUR is paid by bank transfer after we confirm the winner's identity and eligibility.
Taxes
Winners are responsible for any tax due on their prize in their country, unless the law says otherwise.
Your data
We use your email and your reports only to run the challenge and improve Vilkax, as our privacy policy describes. You can leave at any time.
